A division of Ingersoll-Rand, Torrington Company sought a graphic impact element to celebrate the launch of their first interactive catalog on CD Rom. The Torrington Dragon logo was specially modeled to an exquisite form, which is visually intriguing yet corporate and classy. The image was so effective that Torrington decided to use it on a host of other products including literature pocket folders and promotional stickers. The success of this image prompted numerous re-orders over subsequent years, and the package was won a number of design awards.
